Auto Clipper Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Auto Clipper, a desktop video workflow product developed and operated by SE Engineers Group.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the website, downloading the application or using Auto Clipper features, the user agrees to these Terms and the Auto Clipper Privacy Policy.

2. Product purpose

Auto Clipper provides tools that assist users with video analysis, clip creation, content organization, caption preparation, publishing workflows and performance analysis. Features may change during active development.

3. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the content they import, create, process or publish and must have all necessary rights and permissions. Users must comply with applicable law and the terms and policies of connected third-party platforms.

4. Connected services

Third-party integrations, including TikTok, remain subject to the respective platform's terms, permissions, availability and approval requirements. Users authorize their own accounts and remain in control of connected-service permissions.

5. Prohibited use

Users may not use Auto Clipper to violate intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful or harmful content, gain unauthorized access, interfere with service security, misrepresent identity or automate activity prohibited by a connected platform.

6. AI-assisted output

AI-generated scores, recommendations, captions and predictions are provided as assistance and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users remain responsible for reviewing content and decisions before publishing.

7. Availability and changes

Auto Clipper may be modified, suspended or discontinued, and individual features may be added or removed. Pre-release and development features may contain errors.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Auto Clipper is provided without guarantees that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every intended purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SE Engineers Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Auto Clipper, third-party services, user content or automated recommendations.
